We will choose a date to meet & discuss your event. My goal is to make your party successful & stress-free. My background in hosting & planning parties (along with my experienced vendors), will allow us to create an unforgettable day/night. From birthday parties, charity events, end-of-the season sport’s parties, holiday celebrations, luncheons, dinners, showers, etc., I have the knowledge and passion to handle every detail with precision and care.

Party-Planning Meetings

Consultation meetings

Most events require 1-2 meetings with the party-planner, to organize all details.

Initial Meeting

$100/hr.

We will discuss the timeline for this event, your ideas, theme, location, details, budget, etc.

2nd Meeting: Vendors and Quotes/Proposed Costs

$100/hr.

After meeting with you initially, to discuss the options you may consider for your event, I will also discuss my vendor‘s proposed costs/quotes for their services. We will determine at this meeting what you would like to proceed with, (based on the vendors & quotes I have received).

Final Party Date

On your party date, I will be available to you & your guests, if need be. Many clients prefer to host their own parties, without me present.

If you would like me to attend your event & make sure everything goes as planned, I will be available. Depending on the time/length of the event, I will charge my hourly rate.
