As a former 7th and 8th grade Spanish teacher, I have a passion for working with others, especially kids! Depending on your type of event, and what we need to coordinate, at Petite&Sweet Events we can do an hourly rate or a flat rate, OR percentage of your final event.
If the party requires a few hours of coordination, quotes, vendor meetings, setup, deliveries, etc., your event may be somewhere between 5-10 hours, and an hourly rate can be applied for my fees.
If the event is a larger-scale party, such as a milestone birthday, rehearsal dinner, milestone anniversary, or full - partial coordination for a wedding rehearsal & reception, we can agree upon on a flat rate for the event(s).
With a large event, a large venue involved, multiple vendors, multiple timelines incorporated in the planning, we also can determine that a percentage of the total bill, will be designated for Lindsey’s coordination (oversight, setup, & breakdown before/after/during events).







Most events require 1-2 meetings with the party-planner, to organize all details.
We will discuss the timeline for this event, your ideas, theme, location, details, budget, etc.
After meeting with you initially, to discuss the options you may consider for your event, I will also discuss my vendor‘s proposed costs/quotes for their services. We will determine at this meeting what you would like to proceed with, (based on the vendors & quotes I have received).
On your party date, I will be available to you & your guests, if need be. Many clients prefer to host their own parties, without me present.
If you would like me to attend your event & make sure everything goes as planned, I will be available. Depending on the time/length of the event, I will charge my hourly rate.
